Greg and Charlee first made wine as amateurs, then commercially in August 1997. Davenport Winery makes 40 plus different wines, selling almost all of them right on the farm. The grape and fruit wines satisfy a wide range of tastes – red, blush, white, sweet, or dry. Davenport wines are made from grapes that are able to thrive in extreme weather conditions and create a regional identity when turned into wine.
Davenport wines have always been and always will be made from 100% Kansas grown fruit. From the vintage’s first release each November to the dry and sweet wines that appear later in the season, we’re confident you’ll find something that appeals to your palette. Tastings are free and available during normal business hours or by appointment at both the Eudora and Topeka locations.
